Definition
A heavy weapon consisting of a barrel surrounded by a radiator, fitted with a receiver with a feed tray, an ejection port, a charging handle, a trigger, an aiming mechanism, and a magazine or munition belt. It is mounted on a tripod. Used to fire bursts of projectiles.
