Definition
An object consisting of a spherical, conical, pear-shaped, or faceted body, often hollow, usually made of wood, metal, and plastic, in various designs and equipped with a handle on top and a metal tip at the bottom. Designed to be rotated on its vertical axis and balanced on the tip, used by children for play by setting the top into a pivoting motion.
